For this assignment, you’ll show what you’ve learned by choosing one of the options below:
Pick a topic (choose one):
- Neighborhood Profile
- Digital Community Profile
- Compare the Neighborhood Profile and the Digital Community Profile
Option 1: In-Person Presentation (4 minutes)
Give a short 4-minute presentation to the class. Try to keep it clear and interesting. You can use slides, notes, or props if you’d like.
Option 2: Video Presentation (2–4 minutes)
Create a video that’s between 2 and 4 minutes long. You can record yourself talking, use slides with your voice, or mix visuals and narration—whatever works best for you. Just make sure we can hear and understand you clearly.
Option 3: Brochure celebrating your physical or digital community
Create a brochure about your topic. Include important information, images, and short bits of text to explain your ideas. Be creative and make it visually appealing! If you choose this option, please use a template to help you get started—both Canva and Microsoft Word have lots of easy-to-use brochure templates.
Note: Even if you choose option 2 or 3, you may still have to either play or explain the composition during the class period.
For all options:
- Clearly explain your topic
- Include important details and examples
- Show effort and creativity
- Turn it in or be ready to present by the due date
